More About Hypnotherapy

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnosis is a natural, yet altered, state of mind where communication with the subconscious mind is facilitated.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the application of self-discovery techniques and self-empowerment methods (during an altered state of mind) that free you of fear based programming and assumed limitations. Hypnotherapy is a proven modality that has helped many to live healthier, happier and productive lives. You can change your life by altering your limiting ideas, beliefs, attitudes, associations and perceptions.

My scope of practice includes but is not limited to Personal Goal Achievement, Accelerated Healing, Pain Management, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Allergies, Fears, Stress, Habits, Self Esteem issues, Grieving, Test Anxiety, Regression Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Accelerated Learning, Relationship Issues and Spiritual Growth and Guidance. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my practice.

Hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process that facilitates access to a person's internal resources to assist him/her in solving problems, increasing motivation, or altering behavior patterns to create positive change. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy.

MEDICAL SUPPORT HYPNOTHERAPY

Medical support hypnotherapy is used only as an adjunct to conventional medical treatment. Consultation with a licensed physician is required before medical support hypnotherapy services are provided. I offer both individual sessions and discounted packages. I create self-hypnosis CDs and iTunes downloads. These Self Hypnosis CDs are for clearing issues, achieving goals or for any surgical procedure (pre-, during, post-operative and recovery).

I, David Fisher, do not practice medicine or psychotherapy and my services are not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment. No service or product provided is intended to diagnose or treat any disease or illness, psychological or mental health condition.
